Doug, sold my wife and I our home during the crazy pandemic. Not only was there a bidding war but he was very thorough on advising us on what he felt comfortable with us doing and what the process we needed to do. He was in Houston when we found a listing we really liked and within a phone call and a trip from Houston to Austin we were in the listing taking a look at the home that same day. The level of degree Doug went was above and beyond and I can’t recommend a more worthy agent. If you are in the market and looking to have someone with knowledge and work ethic to get you the home you want I couldn’t recommend Doug any more. Also we ended up getting the house we wanted after 14 other offers were on the table and I believe it was all because how Doug advised us to take action.- Jaison S.
Extremely professional throughout our buying process! Doug was a pleasure to work with! He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy always. He was a great communicator and did an excellent job closing the deal on our dream home! You want regret working with him!!- Samantha N.
I reside in California. I met Doug when purchasing a home in Austin, wherein Doug represented the seller. This was all remote. I found Doug to be informative, so polite and respectful, and proved to be very instrumental in my purchase, but always maintaining his ethical obligation to the seller. When time to sell, I could not think of a person other than Doug to represent me in this transaction. Again, Doug was straightforward, did his due diligence, represented me well, now as a seller, and worked hard to enhance my profit in a difficult market. Again, all of this was while I was in California and Doug in Austin. I feel as though I have known Doug for years and know I will do business with him again. His commitment to servicing his client was evident in every phone call, Zoom call and e-mail. I fully recommend Doug to represent your interests in any real estate transaction. Thank you Doug.- William W.
